In Greek mythology, Adonia is the annual festival celebrated by women to mourn the death of Adonis, the god of beauty. Women planted seeds on rooftops and once sprouted, the plants were taken and thrown into the sea.

I named my design studio Adonia Floral because flowers should tell a story that honors something that is beautiful and important to each of us.

My floral design is natural, unstructured, spontaneous, and garden inspired guided by the shifting seasons. I limit the use of toxic materials and repurpose whenever possible. Adonia Floral Design is a foam free concierge floral service with a mindful approach to unnecessary waste.
