Return Policy
I want you to be really happy with your purchase. Should you receive a damaged or broken item, please notify me immediately and I will do my best to resolve the problem for you. You have 2 days from the date of receipt to make the claim. All sales are final and there are no refunds. If you are disappointed with your purchase, it can be exchanged for store credit only. You are responsible for returning the item in the original packaging and it must be in saleable condition. Thank you and appreciate your understanding.
Terms of Service
Blooms and Botanicals:
Fresh florals, Ever Bloom arrangements, wreaths, orchids and plants are final sale. Fresh florals are carefully hand selected for maximum quality and are sourced from premier flower wholesalers or from local growers when possible. For flower care instructions, please refer to the “TIPS AND TRICKS” section of the website. Flowers featured on website are subject to market and seasonal conditions. Appropriate substitutions may be necessary but the look and feel of the arrangement will be similar. Thanks to Mother Nature, no two arrangements can be the same!
Vases:
Due to the ongoing shortages and disruption in the chain supply due to the pandemic, vase substitutions may be necessary.
Deliveries:
It is the sender’s responsibility to provide accurate information regarding the recipient’s contact information and delivery address. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the florals will not be dropped off unless specific instructions are expressed by the sender. Adonia Floral cannot be held liable or responsible for misinformation provided by the sender. An additional delivery fee will be applied for a second delivery attempt.
